Thats how long it took me to complete our modifed 300 workout. It was grueling. The deadlifts, the bench press, and the curls were by far the most difficult for me. I felt like I was gonna die. Seriously though, Im gonna do it again and again...maybe ill get my time down to 10 minutes....
My workday is almost over and my brain is racked. Good news is, im going to get jayla who Im sure is going to fill my next two days with laughter. In case anyone cares, the jogger stroller is fully functional again so Jayla and I are once again fully mobile.
I was informed today that I insulted someone near and dear to my heart. It made me feel like a little upset. then I found out it was based on a slight miscommunication. Either way, it is now rectified and I feel much better. 10 minutes left at work then im off to pick up Jayla. I will also be consulting my personal therapist and best friend Lyphe. be back tomorrow!

Is it advisable to hurry thru a heavy weightlifting workout? Wouldn't the momentum "help" and therefore be counterproductive? And worse yet, what if you lose form and hurt yourself?

I'm just gonna assume you're a big brawny guy who knows what he's doing and never loses good form. You go, boy!

Good job on the time! You can do it like 3 times and it would be a GREAT replacement for boot camp...then once you master it teach it to Sharon and that could be our first workout next summer!

*evil grin*

The purpose of "hurrying" is to not give your muscles enought time to relax. Thus not giving you a chance to really take any breaks and results in increased heart rate. Dont worry we maintain form and 135 lbs aint heavy at all! thanks for the encouragment. Im not that big and brawny...

Oh, okay, so the "time" you eliminate is not during your set, but in-between sets, so kind of like what I do when I superset stuff.

And you ARE a brawny guy! Your pecs almost knocked me out when we hugged hello!

BTW, it was VERY nice to meet you. =) Good job on the obstacle course challenge!
